ERIC MOO CONCERT 2023

It has been 5 years since Eric Moo had a concert in Malaysia and on the 6th of May 2023, he will return to Arena of Stars at Resorts World Genting for his live performance. During his past visits, he will always sing his “Wu-style love song”, which is bound to set off memories of fans! Moo who has been in the industry for nearly 40 years, has released more than 39 albums and sang many popular songs, including “You Are My Only One”, “Shouldn’t Keep You Waiting Too Long”, “Love Puppet”, “The Red Dust Comes and Goes A Dream”, “Love Is So Heavy”, “The Road Is Curved”, “Wait for You, My Heartaches”, “Reunion”, and more. In 1994, with the song “Too Stupid”, he became popular all over Asia and it brought him to the peak of his career.

In the same year, he entered the Hong Kong music scene and released his first Cantonese album Sorrowful Love Song which was very popular and swept many awards. In addition to being the first to be awarded the “Asian Outstanding Artist Award” by the US Billboard, he is also the first Chinese singer to sing at the Hong Kong Coliseum. On the road of music creation, Moo has written songs for many singers, including the “God of Songs” Jacky Cheung’s “I Just Want to Follow You For My Life” and Andy Lau’s “Turning the Wind”. In addition, he also won the Best Male Singer at the 8th Taiwan Golden Melody Awards in 1997 with the album I Can’t Feel You. In addition to singing, Moo also crossedover into the film and hosting circles. He was one of the judges of programs such as Female Voice, Happy Boys, Crossover Singer, The Masked Singer, and Mars Intelligence Agency which are regarded with the strictest scoring standards.
